Office Manager, Part-time
We are a small and spirited construction company that needs a part-time office manager. The office manager will provide general administrative support and will handle bookkeeping (on Quickbooks), which includes payroll, invoicing, accounts receivables and payables. Additionally, the office manager will work with clients, staff and vendors, and provide general support for business owners. The office manager will help to make the company run smoothly and profitably.
We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is comfortable working without supervision. We are looking for someone who is organized and detail oriented, but fun and flexible, and able to think creatively to solve problems. The office manager must speak Spanish pretty well. Ideally, the person will have experience with bookkeeping and office management, but more than experience we're looking for someone with a good personality who is able to think and wants to learn. Experience (or at least familiarity) with construction is a plus. The person should have a general understanding of computers and Microsoft Office programs.
