John Walker possess more than 30 years of hands-on construction management experience. Bringing with him his wealth of experience, his leadership skills and know how, he works to make Smart Building run well for both client and contractor. He is passionate about construction and quality workmanship.

Greg Ward, after 10 years of experience in customer and financial services, now brings the same dedication to his clients in the context of construction. His first exposure to contractors was as a client, where he learned the importance (and general lack) of quality customer service. With this experience he defined the standards and expectations for the service to be provided by Smart Building. Greg's primary function in Smart Building is as liaison between client and project. Greg was awarded an MBA from UC Davis and he earned double bachelors in Economics and English from the University of Utah.
